金華山詣りには古くより参籠（おこもり）の風習が続いております。巳待ち、諸祭典ともなれば、霊山の清らかなお水の潔斎場で身を清め、翌朝に宮司以下全神職が奉仕する一番大護摩祈祷でお祓いを受け、身心の諸々の罪穢れを祓い清め、玉串を捧げて黄金山大神の広大無辺なる御利益を授かろうとする熱心な信者たちでにぎわいます。是非一度お籠り頂いてみてはいかがでしょうか。
